Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If you are using one of the payment methods above, and payment is still unsuccessful, please check with your bank or card issuer to inform them of your attempted purchase.
Q: Can I purchase multiple tickets?
A: Yes. Each individual ticket will receive a unique access code. Tickets will be sent to the email address used to purchase the tickets and the purchaser can then distribute the LiveFrom SecureStreams to other ticket recipients.
Q: I never received a confirmation email after purchase, what should I do?
A: First check all your folders, including promotions/clutter/spam/junk. If you still cannot find the confirmation email please submit a support request using the help button below.
NOTE: If we do not have the correct email address on file for you this will affect the delivery of your access instructions and LiveFrom SecureStream code.
Q: How do I access my event?
A: Instructions and unique access codes will be delivered to your email inbox no later than 3 hours in advance of the event start time. The LiveFrom SecureStream code will be sent to the email address used to purchase the ticket.
NOTE: while we send emails in advance, remember that depending on your email provider, delivery times for emails may vary or they may withhold it. You should ALWAYS check your folders, including promotions/clutter/spam/junk.
Q: What devices are supported?
A: Our player works best on Chrome, Firefox or Safari browsers. We do not support gaming consoles or smart tv browsers at this time. We officially support viewing livestreams/rebroadcasts via a browser on your mobile device, desktop, laptop computer.
Most devices that support screen mirroring / casting can be used as long as you can enter your access code into the player on the supported device. Due to the many devices on the market with different mirroring standards, we are unable to provide technical support. Please visit your device manufactures website for more details.
Q: The show starts in less than 3 hours, and I still haven't received my access code
A. First check all your folders, including promotions/clutter/spam/junk. If you still cannot find the confirmation email please submit a support request using the help button below as soon as possible.
NOTE: You MUST include the show name, order number (from your confirmation email), and the email address used to purchase the ticket so we can locate your access code.
Q: If I am unable to watch the live show, can I watch it after?
A: Please visit the show page or ticket page to confirm if you event is providing a video on demand period after the completion of the livestream event.
NOTE: The video on demand period for all shows may vary in length and in start time, please take careful note about the specific video on demand period for your show.
Q: Do I need to purchase a separate ticket for the video on demand period?
A: The video on demand period is included in the price of the livestream ticket unless otherwise stated.
Q: When will I receive my merchandise items?
A: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all merchandise items are livestream exclusive merchandise that is made to order and will not be manufactured until after the livestream is completed. It generally takes around 6 weeks after the end of the video on demand period (not the date you purchased) for the items to be processed and shipped.
NOTE: This is just an estimated shipping date, not a delivery date. Due to the pandemic we can't promise items will be ready exactly 6 weeks after the end of the video on demand period, occasionally its earlier and occasionally its a little longer.
