Yes. Each ticket is good for viewing the stream using a LiveFrom SecureStream access code . Each code will be individually sent to the email address used to purchase each ticket. Multiple tickets will receive multiple emails. The purchaser can then distribute the LiveFrom SecureStreams to other ticket recipients.
 
Note: The emails are sent in batches, if you purchase multiple tickets they may not arrive at the same time.
First check all your folders, including promotions/clutter/spam/junk. If you still cannot find the confirmation email please submit a support request.
 
Note: If we do not have the correct email address on file for you this will affect the delivery of your LifeFrom SecureStream code, and the instructions on how to access the event.
Instructions on how to access the event will be sent out approximately 3 hours in advance of the start of the show. The LiveFrom SecureStream code and instructions will be sent to the email address used to purchase the ticket.
 
While we send emails out in advance, please remember that depending upon which email provider hosts your email (e.g. yahoo, gmail) the delivery times for the email may vary, and you should ALWAYS check your inboxes including promotions/clutter/spam/junk.
We officially support viewing livestreams/rebroadcasts via a browser on your desktop or laptop computer. Fans can also enjoy the stream on their mobile device by visiting the website.
 
Most devices that support screen mirroring / casting can be used as long as you can enter your LiveFrom SecureStream code into the player on the supported device.
 
Due to the many devices on the market with different mirroring standards, we are unable to provide technical support. Please visit your device manufactures website for more details.
Shipping schedules vary between manufacturers and often the merchandise is exclusive or a limited edition and therefore manufactured to order. Shipping is typically 3-4 weeks after the event date.
Yes. Unique codes will be sent in individual emails to the email address used to purchase the tickets. We send our tickets out in batches, so they may not be delivered at the same time. If you do not receive all your access codes within 3 hours of the event (if purchased in advance) please submit a support ticket.
 
Note: We typically notify via social media when we have despatched all the advance tickets so please check in there before submitting a ticket.

We aim to send your unique access code and instructions within 15 minutes of your purchase, but it may take longer for your email to be delivered by your email service.

Rebroadcasts are determined by our event partners on a show-by-show basis. Some of our events provide a rebroadcast period and others are live-only.
 
Visit the show page to find out if the show will be available as ‘live only’ or ‘rebroadcast’ or ‘on-demand’.
Rebroadcasts are determined by our event partners on a show-by-show basis. Depending on the event, tickets may be valid for both the live show and the rebroadcast.

Rebroadcasts are determined by our event partners on a show-by-show basis.
 
Visit the show page to learn whether the show will be replayed on a specific date and time or whether the show will be available for a rebroadcast period where you can view the show anytime during a specified period of time.
After the live show or the rebroadcast period, the event will no longer be available. The rebroadcast period is set by our event partner.
